New Support Solutions (NSS) provides bespoke services that focus on what is important to you and what you would like to achieve with your Personal Social or Health Care Budget. We will work with you to ensure your assessed needs are met and aspirations achieved. Your allocated Personal Support Worker (PSW) will support you on daily basis to achieve your desired outcomes.

The Team & Leadership

Our team of compassionate, experienced and qualified staff will help you to remain safe in your own home, prevent loneliness, social isolation and maintain good health and general well-being.

NSS team is led by Esi Mizen – a qualified and Care Quality Commission Registered Manager. Esi has led NSS for over 4 years now. She has over 15 years’ experience in the management and frontline delivery of Adult Social  Care services across private, voluntary and public sectors. Esi worked in Contracts and Commissioning of  Day Services, Supported Living, Floating Support, Housing and Brokerage Services. Esi continues to deliver great outcomes and value for money for Local Authorities and NHS clients and Self-funders.

Esi has a Master’s degree in Management and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).

At NSS, we guarantee continuity and consistency of support staff; ensuring a familiar face is there to deliver your services and provide comfort and peace of mind.

We treat all our clients with dignity and respect and ensure strict confidentiality.

Quality Assurance

NSS is vetted, accredited, regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Support with Confidence. All our staff are Disclosure and Barring Service checked. We also adhere Chartered Management Institute Code of Practice.

Availability
NSS Support Team is available 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If necessary, appointments can be arranged out of hours.

We Offer half an hour FREE INITIAL TELEPHONE OR EMAIL CONSULTATION with clients, their family or care manager. Contact us for details or to arrange YOUR free initial consultation.
